Christmas, although a season of joy, can sometimes cause people stress and madness. Entertainment Media for Children aims to assist with some of the negative feelings that appear during the holidays. Since we are an entertainment organization, we have planned to utilize electronic media for this project. We are to host a movie event in cooperation with the neighborhood families. Using flyers, we will spread the word to families in our surrounding areas to plan a holiday-themed film to help families with their children. Even during the holidays, work seems to never stop with adults, and Entertainment Media For Children wants to lighten the load by providing some simple and efficient ways of holiday entertainment for their children. As the primary coordinator for my neighborhood, it is my job to plan the event, design a flyer, distribute the flyer, and provide the entertainment. Creating healthy, holiday treats for the children and watching a festive film proves to be a fun project in theory. We will be open to any suggestions brought to attention by the participating families in order to provide the best experience for all involved. We aim to provide a service to the community to maintain the holiday spirit that the Christmas season is known for. With a little cooperation from the families, we believe the event can be run successfully.
